An intuitive relationship to food requires both a mind-body detox from your current relationship with food, a phase of integration with healing whole foods, and of course crafting your own definition of how you want to eat (your code of ethics) The final integration is taking the logical steps to learning what it means listen to your body.
When we listen to our bodies we honor it. We allow ourselves to love and want food. We also have the ability to consciously eat, which is what this course teaches you. It helps you define your food-self relationship get to the route of what the body needs in the moment.
Often our bodies crave what it knows is available to it, via diet and lifestyle choices(availability) This program will teach you to create your perfect protocol for intuitive conscious eating, teach you want it means to intuitively eat for your body and the action steps to help you tap in and begin your practice.
